EXCHANGES & RETURNS

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Customer satisfaction with our products is important to us, so we make returns and refunds. Purchases made on our website may be returned in unused condition and original packaging for a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since the delivery of the product, we cannot offer you a refund. Your products must be in unused condition, have the original packaging to be returned. If it is returned and not in new condition your refund will be denied.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs and handling charges associated with shipping items back to us.

Refunds can take up to 5 to 7 business days to process after a product is delivered to our warehouse. The item(s) must be new with the tags still attached and within 30 days of the marked delivery date. If the product returned does not meet our terms and conditions the refund will be denied and the item will be disposed of.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATION

You can email support@thedrhydro.com to request a cancellation or make any changes to your order. We are only able to cancel or change your order if it is still currently processing. Unfortunately, Dr.hydro cannot make any changes to orders that have already shipped. 

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGE

Undeliverable packages that are returned to us will not automatically be re-shipped. If you would like to make any changes to the delivery address, you are responsible for any re-shipping fees.

    EXCHANGES

    We currently don't offer free returns, all shipping costs for exchanges are to be paid by the customer. Please reach out to our customer support team at support@thedrhydro.com for an exchange form. Once you receive it, complete it and include it in your package that you are sending back to us. Once we receive your package you will be refunded and you can place a new order for the product you would like.
